Objective I have10 plus years of educational and onsite knowledge/experience when dealing with the estimating, construction methods, code requirements, and inspecting of residential and commercial structures. I know and feel that with my customer service skills, strong/strict work ethics, sharp eye, experience, knowledge, and qualifications in the industry, I will be very proficient and an asset to the insurance carriers and adjusting firms. I am familiar with the Xactimate/Sketch and Simsol programs. I understand that different carriers and adjusting firms require the use of additional or a combination of programs such as Xactimate/Sketch, Simsol, Integriclaim, and additional programs that relate to the insurance market. This will not impair or delay my performance. I have been fortunate to be above average when it pertains to computer literacy. In my 10 plus years of being an independent contractor in this related field, I have had to adapt and flow with the new technology in order to advance with my clients needs. I understand time is of the essence and that the claims are time sensitive. I firmly believe there is no time for excuses. Each open file sitting is time and money. I strive in building strong rapports, work ethics, delivering accurate/correct reports, closing files in a timely manner, and giving all my efforts 100%.
