ESTIMATING

·              Complete 8 to10 Site Assessments per day to investigate, assess damage and prepare repair estimation of property claims.

·              Working knowledge of dealing with insurance agencies as well as insurance adjusters.

·              Review and tabulate dimensions, quantities from drawings and construction specifications for residential, multi-family, and commercial roofing, siding and exterior projects.  Provide photographic documentation of the property.

·              Conduct interviews with property owners, occupants, contractors and builders to obtain information concerning the conditions related to the property.

·              Compile and analyze data that may influence costs—such as materials, labor, location, and special machinery requirements.

·              Project allowances for the waste of materials, inclement weather, shipping delays, and other factors that may increase costs.

·              Perform screenings, including sample screenings, for the presence of asbestos, lead-based paint, utility lines, cable lines and telephone lines.

·              Knowledgeable of OSHA, federal, state and local requirements as they pertain to scope of project.

 

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

·              Communicate daily with Field Management team to keep them informed of any actual or potential.

·              Provided outstanding customer service through timely response and problem resolution to clients needs.

·              Perform take-offs, estimate projects, prepare bid negotiations and, develop project proposals working directly with CEO’s, Senior Executives, General Contractors, Builders, Home Improvement Companies, and Homeowners.
