·      Investigate, evaluate and settle equity claims for structural damage

·      Investigate, evaluate and settle contents claims

·      Receive and record property loss reports

·      Verify coverage and discuss claims process

·      Take recorded statements

·      Provide technical and administrative support via telephone, fax machine and internet for both internal and external entities

·      Microsoft Office 2007 Application software

·      Word Processing: Xactimate, Integra, Simsol, Ultramate property and auto platform

·      Typing: 45 WPM

·      Bilingual

—       3 years experience in Commercial Claims

—       7 years experience in Residential, Farm and Ranch claims

·      14 years experience in Insurance Claims and Policy Service

·       Experience in managing and training of new employee’s 

·      Active Adjuster license (EXP. 10-25-08)

·      Flood Certified(Exp. 2005) 

·      Knowledge in Texas policy and regulatory requirements

·      Knowledge of claims handling procedures, philosophy, litigation procedures, legal concepts, casualty insurance, terminology including ability to recognize liability exposures and analyze coverage questions.

·      Knowledge of concepts for reserving, negotiation and settlements.

·      Willing to work overtime and travel as required
