Integra Claim and Xactimate ready.

The first storm I worked was Hurricane Isabelle in '03. Since then I have performed Field Claim Service for Hurricane Charley, Francis and Jeanne which rounded out the '04 season.

During the '04 season I performed initial inspections as well as handled supplement claims later in the season. I remained in the field for almost 8 months with Pilot Cat. Services.

I was called back to the field to service Allstate customers for Hurricane Dennis in '05. This was especially challenging because of the Hurricane Ivan companion claims from the previous season. I often found myself in the position of determining the damages as related to each storm in order to apply the correct coverage.

After finishing with the Hurricane Dennis and the Hurricane Ivan companion claims, I found myself being re-deployed for Hurricane Katrina, however, Pilot Cat. would be sending me to work for State Farm in the Bay St. Louis, MS, area. There I was faced with the challenge of determining the different coverage from flood vs. wind and applying the different coverage’s to the loss.

When my duty for State Farm was complete, I returned to the Mobile, AL. area and became and Inside Adjuster for Pilot servicing Allstate customers. There I worked claims from Hurricane Wilma and Katrina for South Florida and Hurricane Katrina and Rita from the TX. Coast to Ms. Work as an inside adjuster was rewarding. I was able to learn new skills that would allow me to better service both Allstate and the Customer. I was also afforded the opportunity to assist less experienced adjusters in claim resolution and this was greatly rewarding. I have received a certification from Pilot Cat. as a Fast Track Adjuster. My combined Field and now Fast Track experience makes me a more confident adjuster allowing better service to the customer.

On August 23, 2007 through Sept 19, 2007, I performed non catastrophe claim service for Allstate. These duties included handing daily claims as a result of fire, water or sewage backup, appliance overflow, theft and other claims that are not catastrophe in nature.

I have a strong background in the claims field. I have had the opportunity to serve in catastrophe service and non-catastrophe claims.

On each event, I feel that I become a stronger and more efficient adjuster.

I have been activated several times by Pilot Catastrophe Services for work related to winter storms in the 2007 – 2008 winter season. This work was performed as an inside adjuster.
