Work hand in hand with the G.M to ensure guidelines within the budget, and also working to reduce cost and improving profit.
Assist in turning multiple shifts into a one-shift operation.

2. Reduced errors ( Service Level 99.6)
3. Reduction in overall Operating Expense by 25%.

Oversee the shipping and transportation departments, including inventory control.




1995 –Dec 2004Henry Lee /. Director of Warehouse




1. Responsible for a 260,000 sq.ft Cooler/Dry facility and a 100,000 sq.ft State of the art Freezer Facility. This included all aspect of Maintenance from, repairs cost analysis including refrigeration MHE repairs and structural.
2. Responsible for direct customer service / satisfaction which includes 3 different shifts including shipping, Export / Cruise, Stores, and Receiving with a combine head count of 140 Associates, and 8 Managers.
3. Handled an average of 500,000 cases weekly.
4. Oversaw an inventory consisting of 9500sku’s.
5. Manage the Occupancy department which also includes an outside storage facility.
6. Impacted the bottom line 2 years in a row with service level increasing it by 30 basis points year over year.

7. Reduced inventory shrink by 1million dollars better the first year and by 800k last year. This also included an average of .25 basis points to percent of sales.
8. Reduced head count by 30 % while increasing productivity and service level
9. Reslotted a 260,000ft facility to minimize selection travel and selection errors to increase the overall service to customers. Reduced Operational expenses in both Warehouse and Occupancy an average of 30k per period.
10. Was involved with the implementation of 3 different WMS for the warehouse.
11. Handle by period the spendatures for Warehouse and Occupancy.
12. Implemented various WMS (Warehouse Management System ).
13. Prepared 2 years in a row the year end inventory.
14. Introduced and assisted in the implementation of component pay and incentive pay for hourly associates.
15. Achieved for 4 years in a row a Superior Rating in A.I.B.
