Lead and manage a team that handles claims for states of Maryland and Delaware as well as
Northern Virginia and southeastern Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include administrative and
technical management as well as day-to-day operations and supervision independent adjusters.
Position requires frequent travel.
During catastrophe assignments, supervised independent adjusters responsible for hurricane
claims, particularly in the southeast U.S. after Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne. In
addition, have handled catastrophes throughout the U.S. including California, Texas, Missouri,

review and selection and deletion of vendors. Also served as the training manager instructing new
employees how to handle mold claims in Texas. Training covered compliance, daily operations,
