Objective: My goal is to continue to utilize my experience as a claims adjuster, I am experienced with xactimate 25 estimating software, utilizing xactimate for seven years as construction bidding tool as well adjusting. I was a Contractor for 23 years specializing custom home design and construction. We also rebuilt insurance losses and negotiated claims for both the homeowner and Insurance Company. I am proficient in the follow computer programs MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. AutoCAD, Chief Architect. I am also proficient in producing files electronically, Digital photo attachments.

1997-1999- Construction Project Management, Inc. Agoura Hills, California, as the senior partner I managed 25 employees both in the field and office. We designed and constructed single family home from 2500 sq ft to 12000 sq ft. Office buildings ranging from 5000 sq. ft to 24000 sq ft. I managed these projects from conception to completion providing all construction documents, estimates, cost analysis, biding, and payment schedules for all projects completed by Construction Project Management, Inc.

Over the ten year period I as a sub-contractor framed single family homes from 1500 sq ft. to 18000 sq ft.
Type 5 commercial buildings of wood structure to 45000 sq ft, multi family condominiums and apartments.
I designed custom homes and prepared construction documents for other contractors as well as the home owners. I also Adjusted total losses for State Farm 1994-1996 for the Northridge earthquake.

Southland Development, Inc, Van Nuys, California
I was a project superintendent for a major nation wide home builder; I was in charge of residential tracts from start to completion, for home ranging from 200,000 to 2,000,000. I completed the projects on time and under budget for Southland Development until the company dissolved in 1987
