Conducted routine re-inspections with Contractors for file integrity and quality management.  Interacted with contractors on a daily basis for accurate scoping, job completion dates, and claim completion for subrogation and additional living expense expedition.  Handled all aspects of peril damage specializing in fire, water, impact, and theft.  Conducted settlement negotiations with involved parties. Wrote applicable denial letters, Reservation of Rights, and other complex correspondence. Initiated subrogation and arbitration to recover damages from claimant or other insurance providers.  Rotating inventory of claims, generally handling 50 to 75 claim files every 28 days. Handled all files in compliance with state regulations, quality standards and expectations per Best Practices.  Licensed Adjustor in Texas, Florida, New Mexico, Delaware, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Vermont, Maine, and Oklahoma. Extremely proficient in Xactimate; moreover, Xactimate 24 and 25, including sketch and graphical estimating.
