Bio or Mini Resume:
After Katrina and a 3 day seminar, I found myself standing on the Waveland, MS shores with a laptop and a digital camera. After struggling through 55 claims, (none were re-opened-was paid for all) I decided "I like this." I like striving to get checks to as many insureds as fast as possible. It is the most fulfilling job I ever had. I am: Easy to get along with. A self-starter. Persistent. Low-maintenance. Honest. I care about Insureds, Vendors, and Carriers....they are all God's children and worthy of respect. My down side is; I just need more experience. Back to the BIO:.........Inspired, I got a TX all-lines just in time for no more storms.... After several cert classes, an NFIP workshop, and a week-long adjuster school, there were still no storms! This year, after believing the lie that I could not get an AR license, I called the State Director and told him my experience. He said, "you qualify." Since May, I have been able to wrangle four claims. One Tornado at an Old Church, and three hail claims. All were commercial ACV policies, but were all built with Residential components. Was encouraged when I received compliments from the Carrier on my work. I will continue to pursue this career. If you have a deployment, or need someone to run claims ANYWHERE IN ARKANSAS, please call me. I am presently using Powerclaim, but will fire up Xactimate 24 if given sufficient reason to do so. Here I sit, wearing Customtoolbelt, Cougar Paws, Laptop,Ladder on Truck, TomTom GPS, ready to go! Just call for service! thanks, John 'Mark' Jolly
