I believe I possess excellent customer relations skills, computer skills, DeLorme GPS navigation skills, and I type at over 50 words per minute. I am experienced with claims adjusting software such as Integriclaim and Xactimate 24 and 25, own a laptop computer, have a perfect driving record, am a native resident of Lafayette, Louisiana, and have been gaining adjuster certifications and software experience since my work on Hurricane Rita in east Texas in 2005/2006 to my work this month on sewer backup claims for Pilot/American Family in Milwaukee, WI.

I began as an adjuster adjusting Allstate residential property claims on Hurricane Rita in East Texas. I’ve since adjusted roofs, interiors, trees & shrubs, lawns, fences, RV’s, driveways, septic and plumbing systems, basements, sheds, barns, personal property, additional living expenses, and supplements. I digitally photograph damage, properly document conversations and appointments, set appointments, electronically upload and download claims, and have experience with all manner of things damaged and destroyed. I have obtained my Louisiana resident adjuster’s license for all lines, Texas non-resident property & casualty adjuster license, achieved my California Earthquake Certification; I have since also achieved my State Farm Wind/Hail & Basic Estimataing, Citezens, and American Family general certifications. I am also proud to reveal that I have achieved a Z-2 Allstate rating with Pilot based on my performance and through classroom and field testing thereafter.
