I cut my teeth on Katrina and Rita in Southeast LA and extreme southern Mississippi.  I worked both homeowner's and flood claims, for USAA and Louisiana State Fair Plan.  I have experience with Xactimate, Excel, and Word. 

I have also worked as an Auto Liability and FastTrack adjuster for USAgencies and Affirmative Insurance.  I have a current Louisiana Auto Adjuster's License. I passed the state exam with an 88%.  I have experience with the programs Underwriter, CCC Portal, and IAA dispatching for salvage.

I am a fast learner and easily trained.  I work fast and accurately.  I understand how important it is to have "customer service" skills in the world of Cat Adjusting.

I will travel anywhere.
