I have personal experience in real estate and building structures, since the 1970’s. Rescue of animals. I have lived on farms and worked a farm life on large crop producing land and small intimate ranches. I am a professional in the retail world. I own my own Antique & Retail shop. At the present I am closed. I have retained an automobile sales license for the last 12 years.
My hobbies are gardening, horses, dogs, cooking and reading. I have a great passion for history.

I am a married empty nester. My husband (Dan Freeman) also just completed training at Ft Worth. I have all my own equipment, laptop, xactimate, tape measurer, ladder, appropriate clothing, etc. A 2003 well kept Avalanche pickup. I have a small car for local work. I am physically fit with an annual check up and clean bill of health.

Duties are to run a day to day business. Daily transactions and dealing with customers in all areas of the professional world, in a range from retail of a greeting card to major purchases of fine Antique Scottish, English, French, German; etc. pieces. I travel the world in search of desirable antique and collectible items for a particular customer and for the general public, whether it is from the front yard of someone roadside or to higher end auctions. I perform daily purchasing orders and functions of vendor/vendee relationships. I am responsible for accounts receivable and payable. Inventory and stocking, merchandising and display. I open and close daily sheets and computer data for taxes and accountant. I also perform the general cleaning, gardening and presentation.

Duties were to greet customers, show, describe, and demo automobiles. Write contracts and finalize sales. I performed duties in office work, accounting, accounts receivable and payables and phone services. I have maintained my sales license thru 2008.
1987-1992 US Army – Signal Corp
I entered basic Army at New Orleans, La. as a private E3. I completed basic training at Ft. Dix, New Jersey. I attended SignalCorpSchool at Ft Gordon, Georgia. I completed two and one half years of active tour duty in Korea.
My job consisted of receiving and dispatching communications on land line and satellite links. The dismantle operations and inventory control of military property for the Song Seo signal site. My rank in the signal corps at Daegu, Korea advanced in training to a Specialist E4 then to E5. I was awarded Marksman on the AR15, Excellence in Master Fitness, and Excellence in grenades and field training. I returned to the United States and stayed with the Army Reserve in Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey, advancing to Staff Sergeant E6 and completed training for retention to Sergeant First Class, E7.
