Non-Resident Adjusters
You must be licensed in a state that required you to take an examination to become licensed or take the Michigan examination.
- Adjuster Application
NOTE: If an adjuster works for an adjusting firm, he or she must respond “YES” to question number 13 on the application form and submit the name, address, phone and fax numbers, and FEIN of the adjusting firm.
- Application Fee & Fee Processing Card
- $15.00 non-personal check or money order payable to State of Michigan

Letter of certification 90 days old or less from state where you took an examination to become licensed, or register for an examination.
