Claims: Type of Claims
Month: Month the Assignment Started
Year: Year of the Assignment
Days: Number of days on the assignment
Number of Claims: The number claims handled on the assignment
Avg Invoice: The average invoice amount
Vendor: The vendor you worked for, (not required)
