Quote from the site:
"An adjuster license is required for any person acting as an adjuster under an insurance policy. Temporary permits are only available in the event of a catastrophe in this state. Salaried employees of authorized insurance companies do not need an insurance adjuster license.
Oregon has general lines and health adjusters only. Adjusters acting only as workers compensation adjusters do not need an adjuster's license as long as they are certified as a claims examiner under standards approved by the Oregon Workers Compensation Division."
To apply as a nonresident adjuster:
- Submit an Individual Insurance License Application (Form 3000).
