I specialize in Small Group Xactimate training.  I limit my classes to 10 and I have a certified assistant to help with groups of 3 or more.  Unlike regular Xactimate classes, where class size can limit the amount of material covered, I cover the advanced features and shortcuts that Xactimate offers to help you write your estimates quicker and more accurate.  I pride myself on being both practical and affordable. You can attend my Training for less than the cost of many regular Xactimate classes with 20 or more participants.
     I am Level 3 certified, scoped well over 2000 houses and written hundreds of estimates using Xactimate.  I also hold a degree in Secondary Education and was a classroom instructor for 11 years before entering the adjusting field in 2004.
