To be ready for any eventuality, Worley Catastrophe Response's Training, Regulatory and Compliance Division hosts a full compliment of training courses and activities for every level of action.  From incoming applicants to seasoned adjusters, Worley Training provides its students with the industry's top certification and continuing education capabilities.

Worley Catastrophe Response's reputation relies greatly on the individual efforts of each of its employees who increase their effectiveness through the continual development of professional expertise and good judgement.  Our training professionals design programs to provide the most effective learning experience offering certification programs for some of the industry's leading insurance companies, hands-on automobile and property estimatics, as well as basic and advanced automated estimation.  With changing technology, relulations, and case law developments, there is always something new to learn in this dynamic industry.

Based in our new 20,000+ square foot Home Office state of the art Training Center, Worley Catastrophe Response instructs over 500 adjusters each year with approximately 200 of these being new career entrants.  The training doesn't stop in the classroom - practical, on the job training is complimented by a team of seasoned catastrophe responders who accompany personnel on every filed deployment.  Our full-time training staff boasts over 65 years of multi-line catastrophe handling experience and is supplemented by the extensive field experience of our 39 full-time catastrophe managers.

Continuing education is a major component of Worley Catastrophe Response's winning formula.  Each year the Company hosts The Worley Claim Expo - bringing together some 800 attendees for three days of workshops led by industry and government experts - offering a first rate venue, outstanding educational sessions and opportunities to network and socialize with friends old and new from across the country.  The educational opportunities at The Worley Claims Expo surpass all other corporate conferences in our industry and allow everyone in the Worley Catastrophe Response organization to come together as a team.
