Underwriting Inspections/Valuations

ACS utilizes MSB/Integri-Claim home evaluation software, which allows us to provide you a detailed and accurate valuation of a prospective home to be insured by your company. Alternative Claims Services offers a third party evaluation of the exterior and interior of the home as well as replacement cost valuation. We rate roofing surfaces based on several factors including age, condition, and number of layers.

Third Party Administrator (TPA)

Alternative Claims Services also acts as a third party administrator on those areas not serviced by the Licensee program.
