It seems very likely that Dolly has already formed in the Atlantic, that a look at about 9 north and 29 west. If it survives and becomes a hurricane then it is at least 7 days out, but stay tuned for more action .

It's now a Tropical Depression, moving towards the west @ 16 mph. We will be watching this for a while.

With winds now at 50 mph looks like Dolly will make to a Cat 1 Cane soon.
