Anyway, an LA County Superior Court judge ordered settlement amounts to be read into the record in relation to a mold lawsuit filed by the magazine super salesman and former sidekick, Ed McMahon. HarrisMartin Publishing reported the settlement amounts on May 7th. The settlement amounts now total $7.03 million, with a claim against one defendent still not settled. The settlement statement was as follows, and as reported by http://www.harrismartin.com
"More than $5,000,000 with Travellers and American Equity Insurance Co, and other related insurance entities; $750,000 with Benchmark MPE Ltd.; $500,000 with Alliance Environmental Group; $250,000 with Pacific Health and Safety; $250,000 with two insurance adjusters; $230,000 with Controlled Environmental Solutions; and $3,000 with California Power Vac." |
