It does sound quite interesting, based on the promo in the link. It would likely be more interesting to do a comparative critique of Ron's "plan" versus how a claim should be handled, or why such 'defences' are needed.
From the book outline in the link, I wonder if it is an editorialized type of "PA Manual"?
It is one of three similar books offered, this one being 110 pages for $12.95.
Has anyone heard of or read the book, or know of Ron Alford?
