What is a "mold hound"?
Is a "mold hound" a PA who handle mold claims or a contractor who handles mold repairs or a mold restoration contractor or an adjuster specializing in mold claim settlement and resolution? |

I don't think this is a non-profit organization, notwithstanding the "free" service in Washington state.
A Public Adjuster may not be allowed, licensed, registered or otherwise transact business in Arkansas; but are the services offered - ".... assisting property owners in the insurance claims process ...." - not the duties or functions common to a Public Adjuster?
Who is being "bombarded with requests", a consumer organization looking for help with claims? If so, why? Or, is it inclaimco looking to build their roster and network?
I have nothing against the PA profession, and in fact I feel they serve a valuable purpose in the "big circle". If they are wearing a veil of disguise in Arkansas, why does it seem so obvious?
inclaimco, other than what generic info is in your website, tell us more about your story; please. |

I wait with baited breath (I wish I was fishing not climbing)for the other shoe. the link doesn't tell us much, I referal network for contractors, likely paying a % for the referal and a group of building inspectors who help the customer. If it looks like a PA, if it sounds like a PA, if it acts like a PA, what is it. And world Com was rally making a profit. |

I'd just hate all those "low-life, bottom-feeding, pickup-truck contractors" and salesmen who give 'free inspections' to folks, building their hopes up, and promising to 'manage' their insurance company adjusters for them, telling them to call in claims without even knowing if they have any damage...if it weren't for the fact that they've generated most of my work for the past 3 months. When it's slow for us, it's slow for them, too. They may be "bottom feeders," but bottom-feeders gotta eat, too...and they're feeding at least some of us along the way. |

I am wondering what type of work "kona" has done to be bombarded with request from AR, when they are from WA. The site is less than 2 weeks old and in order to access Messages, Chat Forum, Files, Photos, Links Database, etc. one has to be a member and there are only 24 members.
The only time I remember a bunch of storm troopers yelling "bombarded" was when 10 or 12 of us had been deployed to Torrance, CA by Pilot for Allstate in '95. When we reached 300 files each we were screaming bombarded along with "HELP!!" We eventually had 26 adjusters and still had 300 files each. Where did those days go? |
