I've read several accounts. Some, such as Joe Bastardi of accuweather think that this thing has a legitimate chance to strengthen and become threat to the gulf coast. Could this be the one we've beeen waiting for? Only time will tell. |

Any comments on the HAARP transmitter, do you think it is still in place? It can control some weather. I have not checked into it lately, just wonder if they de-classified the results. We are getting an upper level shear on every cain that gets close and that takes the spin out. I predicted Josephine would be a trouble maker, she may just be fickle. Our temp. is cooler than normal and that does not set the stage for a blow, because of the density.

After some research, while HAARP may knock missles and planes out of the sky or control the minds of our foes, it doesn't have any effect on the weather. There was a difference between the offical boards talking about studing the ionasphere and the websites which contained alot of info not in the news. I did not realize that the US government shot down the 747 near Korea to cover up the loss of a number of military planes to Russian Stealth fighters. Meanwhile best guess is for TD 10 getting into the gulf. |

Back to the old Farmers Almanac, seems they predict a Hurricane about Sept 21-24 to hit the southeast US.
OH, BTW. they had the TS on Labor Day weekend also.
IF a bet had to be made, it would be on the Almanac. |

Why to early to plan for Florida, this one is anyones guest as to whether it will be a hurricane or where it will go. Also may not be Isidore, TD 11 likely called at 30 55 and may be it it the name, could be Josephine. If this take to long the wave of Africa could even beat it to a name. Also Pacific storms are effecting developement. Anyones guess as to where it will go. |
