I am going for my new hire Evaluation / Rating, can anyone out there give me a heads up on what to expect. Maybe someone remembers some of the question on the test. 

If anyone could recomend some study guides that would also be great.

I have been adjusting for a short time and I think/hope I'll be okay but still I am very nervous because I've never done an estimate by hand, which is required.

Almost all the adjusting work I have done have been roofs.
