That was probably someone else, which surprises me because I think most of my family must have been shot as cattle rustlers or by jealous husbands.  It's not a very common name. 

Dad worked for TxDOT for about 40+ years and didn't venture far from Dallas except on vacations.

The Lawson Bros ran Millers Mutual of Texas loss department. They had a notice of loss on 3 part carbon paper, that you flipped over and could hand write the estimate, SOL and POL. Great on a 3-4 line hail storm. We got a bonus on ever closed file and 15 per day was the norm, but this was a long time ago. They had a storm adjusting business after they retired from Millers. I worked Hugo in 89 for them.
