Hi,
This forum has great information! Haven't been discouraged so far.
Background:
Received BS degree from Michigan State Univ. in construction engineering/mgt. Received Florida General Contractor license in 1981 and Realtor license in 1990. Have worked as project management/qualifier in both residential and commercial construction. I have owned and management rental units for the past 18 years. I have been working as wind mitigation inspector for State of Florida for the past year. Strong estimating background. Worked locally as a GC in rebuilding since Andrew. Have bought and flipped several houses.
Now that I've tooted my horn...I am planning to take all-line adjuster course locally mid September and would like to enter the cat adjuster field. Can't take my eyes off The Weather Channel knowing that I could help in some capacity.
Any advice?
