 I just moved here to work for a new Company.  I dont have Xactimate updated yet. Can anyone tell me how much a square of 20yr 3 -tabs are going for around the Houston area?

220 s in the North part of the city for 20 yr 3 tab is 129.35 w/o felt and 22.77 off and dump. we never pay for new felt down this way.
