Hello Friends! I am a businessman and I want to do business through internet now. I don’t have any idea about internet or websites. Can any of you please suggest me how can I start doing business through internet?

Depends on the kind of business you are doing right now. In order to be able to steer you in the right direction, you have to give more information to possible advisors. They may need to know your location, your products and/or services, your target market, your size and the area you which to do business in. If you want to do business with the government, you have to decide at which level, e.g. municipal, county, state or federal; then go to the pertinent depart that has jurisdiction on your present location. You may also want to contact the local Chamber of Commerce or the better business bureau nearest to you. These organizations usually have lists of business that help other businesses develop internet enterprise. Sometimes a careful perusal of your local phone book can lead you to the right organizations. Good luck in your search and please do your due diligence as there are many scams out there. Like they say "it is a jungle out there".
