I think we can all agree that Professionalism is very important our industry.  Based on this we created the APA forums and designated May as the "Adjuster Professionalism Awareness Month".  One of the reasons for the forums is to increase our awareness of unprofessional actions or activities in our community and to provide ways or methods of improvement.   We want to encourage comments from the community and from those that may encounter adjusters, like insureds, clients, employers and others.  For this reason we have opened the forums to guest posting which means that a user account is not required to post.  The TOU still applies. We are not looking for names we just want to you report the activity that you felt was unprofessional. We also want to hear about an acknowledge the professional activities and have a separate forum for those reports.
