IMHO, they have no right to use your DOB to refuse employment. This is a violatlon of FEDERAL LAW AND IN THE EVENT THIS WILL HAPPEN TO THIS ADJUSTER,

THEY WILL BE TURNED OVER TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.

Just another way of the employer to use the "run & gun" or "churn em & burn em" methods to make the claims go away, irrespective of the quality, rightfulness or contract of insurance.
