I know that when using Integraclaim you have to set the resolution of your camera as low as it will go usually for all the pics to download. If I have it set on high resolution, a lot of the pics are "too big" and the program won't accept them. I have also found that for the things we take pics of, the low setting on my carera is more then enough to get the point of the pic across. The only problem I have with Integraclaim on the low setting is if I take a real close up of something, like one bruise on a shingle, the detail of that pic may make the "size" too big for it to handle. I know that the photos can be downloaded onto the PC, and then "modified" to fit the the program, but it is a hell of a lot easier and quicker downloading direct into the program and doing all the photosheet in the particular file itself. Also keep in mind that the lower the resolution/smaller the "size" the photo is, the faster it can be uploaded over the internet. The physical size is is the same, it's the memory size that is affected. The only real time you will see a difference in the quality of the picture when set on low resolution is if you wanted to blow a picture up to an 8"X 10" or larger.

My camera works great still, have taken over 13,000 pics with it and love it. Have looked at other comeras to get one for a backup if needed, and one thing I always look for is to determine if you can reduce the resolution for shooting down to a very low number, so I know it will be comaptible with the programs.
