I need help asap - My photos won't upload into MSB.  I am not new to MSB.  I have never had this problem before.  My photos did upload yesterday with no problem.  However, they are not uploading today.  I even called MSB.  They walked me through all the steps.  Still no pics showing up.  I went through 2 techs and neither could figure out what was wrong.  Anyone have a solution?

If it worked yesterday and not today the issue is likely not MSB unless they updated something overnight, and I suspect they'd have told you if that was a potential issue.
Can you upload picture into Word or other prgrams? That will tell you if the issue is isolated to IC.
Did you try clearing your temp files, full reboot, etc.?
I use crap cleaner (www.ccleaner.com) and this does a good job of keeping these types of gremlins away.

Older versions of ic had trouble getting files from my hard drive when they were several folders down.  When I figured it out, I resorted to saving them on my desktop or in an area closer to the surface.

file size could be an issue and if you need help resizing them, go here and scroll down to the photo resizer.

Then it could be a problem with the software program.  If so, you could reinstall the program.

I know what you're feeling. Good luck and I hope it get's resolved.  Let us IC users know what the problem was when you figure it out.

I, like John, use CCleaner on a daily basis. It is an excellent freeware program, good enough is contributed $20.00 to them to keep it going. Your problem is unusual. Resizing them may or may not do it. I know IC will not load a large pic, so that could be your problem if you shot anything over 640x480. You may have to do a re-install if the problem is not showing up in IC utilites. If you have not run utilities, do so.

I used to have same prob loading to ic, (640x480) so instead of pulling from camera to ic, i made file on desktop, loaded from camera to desktop file, and from desktop file to ic, sometimes wont load 1st try, but always on second try. Hope that helps.

I can also say that Tom and Janice know more about IC than most of their Support Staff does. Ill bet Tom, has helped develop IC as much as he has been on with Their Support all the way to the CEO. Probobly should get a check er two from them ....... Ill split it with Ya Tom. Ha Ha

Look at pixsizer, its a free tool for making the files smaller in size.
Also look to see if you have any special characters in the file path

!@#$%^&*()

are your special characters

VSO Image resizer is also good. One thing I like about it is, you can resize all your images at one time, not individually. It is a free tool.
