In the CAT industry, it is my opinion you should have in addition to your home state (Minnesota), non resident adjuster's licenses in Texas/Louisiana/Mississippi/Alabama/Florida. You already have Oklahoma. Some folks run more licenses, but at a minimum I advise covering the Gulf coast states which have historically borne the brunt of severe weather. You could consider adding the states that comprise the Atlantic sea board. Since you are licensed in your home state of Minnesota as a resident adjuster, you are not required to take any state exam and can obtain most other states through reciprocity. You will have to pay all fees , background check, finger prints (if required) but no testing. I would surmise you have a very good chance of getting work (provided we experience inclement weather) Getting the State Farm certification through one of these IA firms Worley / Pilot / EA Renfroe / Eberl's is a good start.
