Good Morning,  Recently I have noticed a chang in the way property claims are being estimated.  Statefarm is going all virtual, along with several other companies.  Adjusters are all sitting behind desk making a fraction of what field adjuster used to make.  I have adjuster friends stating that the field adjuster is a dying breed.  Thoughts? comments?  What is the next big move in insurance claim handeling?
