Does anyone have specific experience in writing the line items for an old gas station canopy?  A tractor-trailer operator thought he could cut the red light at the corner and drove through the gas station lot without clearing the canopy over a pump.  Damage looks cosmetic only, not structural.  Better yet, if you have an actual .esx file you can share that'd be quite helpful.  I have photos available.  Thanks.
