If you inspected the following roof and the roofer or insured showed you the areas in photos 2-6 which would you agree were examples of wind damage if any?
    Other Details:
The roof contains no areas of missing shingles.
    Roof is 8/12 plus.
Dwelling was in the area hit by Ike.
    Roof was replaced after Rita.

If the roofer showing me this is the roofer who installed these, I'd probably ask him why those nails are where they are...and then recommend he do it over. Or pay another roofing company to do it on his tab (pun intended).

Obviously an improperly installed roof.  Not sure if photo 6 is of a blown back shingle, a defect or something else?
