Is there a web site where I can check on the status of my license application?  I took the Pilot flood course a couple of months ago and have not heard anything?

I took a class yesterday and there appears to be a cluster at FEMA and they said there would probably be a mass mailing of the cards soon or you will receive an email regarding it. You might want to check with Pilot as well. Good Luck.

They do not email cards any more. You have to log into their web site and print your card if it is completed.

To register, go to the following location:

After registering, you should get an email with a link to the web site where you log in and can access your status.

I also have the name and email address of the manager who oversees the flood certifications. I had to correspond with him while getting mine upgraded to large loss commercial flood.

    JFWilliams@ostglobal.com

The email with the status and final approval all came from him. When I had to furnish references, they went to him. He was very prompt in always replying to me.  This company took over the certification process from FEMA and maintains the web site under an exclusive contract with FEMA, but is not involved with the training seminars that are under contract to a different company.
