I have used Xactimate for years but I have been trying to install MSB IntegriClaim on my laptop with Vista. I would like to try out the demo....  I keep getting errors stating that is unable to rename a bunch of files during install......  I was wondering is this becomes it does not work on Vista?

IntegriClaim will work with Vista, you will have to call support and they will walk you through it. You have to make a change to the program files and I can not remember how or which one.

Yeap, I called them and I had to right click on the Integri Icon and go to the compatibility tab and click to Run as an Adiministor. This fixed the install problem. I guess you have to do that on Vista and Windows 7.
