Olegreed, you have made yourself and your postiions very clear. To me you exibit the kind of attitude that made Enron and the oil spill possible. A sad reflection on some of the up and coming adjusters.
I want to die peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming in terror like his passengers.

Claims_ray, that expression has been said by many others before dear, sweet Rodney. My symbolic point referred to 'we' as the Martians skewering Jack Nicolson, 'Olegred', while he pleads his measure of ego.

Now is my reference clearer?

We'll see. Right now the dice are in the air. I can always supervise those who have experience.
Bill Gates once said to be nice to the nerds for they may be your boss one day.  Seems to me that this Olegred clearly has an insufficient knowledge base, but, soberly I must admit, it is his gumption that will place him and many others like him in the armchair over the department of the seasoned professionals...

If you don't beleive me, then (to the experienced adjusters) count on your hand how many inexperienced claims examiners have been reviewing your files lately.  Hmm?
