Here is a link to an article published today that explains the commercial liability coverage issues and law suites in detail.  It is a copyrighted article so I can copy it here, but is fairly lengthy anyway.  If it becomes a problem using this long link, please let me know and I will see if I can get permission to post the entire article.  I tried searching for the earlier thread on the drywall problem but could not find it so started this thread here.  I thought there was one outside of the Adjuster's Den and may post this in a different thread when I have time to search some more.

Any contractor who installed this garbage deserves to have their hind ends handed to them by the courts for using substandard material just to save a buck when it has been known for years that this material was fraught with quality and durability issues.

These contractor's should have their licenses(if they have a license) suspended or revoked and fined out the wazoo.

Not sure what this has to do with IA's as it looks to be the contractor and lawyer fight .
