I will say that Xact has the most comprehensive residential database, so I can't think of anything. Now for commercial, I wil take the Simsol Heavy Commercial Database (and mobile home too!) over Xact.

MSB has horribly low pricing and takes much more time to write than Xact or Simsol. Not trying to get off topic....

One item that I see from time to time that I can't find in the XM8 data base is chicken wire.  It is also known as web wire, poultry net, and hex net.
