     I don't guess your CEA Certificate will do you any good here.  Yet, neither will many insurance policies; none that I know of.

    I am guessing, but the East coast, Richmond, VA especially, has many old buildings with brick facades and if this was strong enough to knock the spires off the National Cathedral it was strong enough to damage downtown Richmond.

    Day to day Disaster level is increasing. It is warning from the mother nature for us.
