I am new to the field and was wondering if anyone has had any positive or negative experiences with NCA Group. I am most likely deploying to the East Coast for them very soon and was wondering if some of the established hands had any former or current dealings with NCA Group. Thanks

I haven't worked for them yet, but I may one day. They just acquired TM Mayfield which had a good book of business on their own.

Good, solid, medium size firm. Many different types of clients. I like that most of their stuff is through Xactanalysis so that you don't have to do too much clerical work to work your claims.

My family has worked for them since 2005. We handled claims from Rita, Wilma and Ike. Of the four of us I had the only problem and it was minor. Prompt pay and to the penny. Good luck. I was going to NC this weekend but not enough claims to be profitable.

Correct me if I am wrong but didn't Chuck mention someone who burned adjusters with NCA and is now with AmCat, something about BK??

May very well be unrelated but it does sound right.
