I just received my 6-20 license and I have extensive construction experience as a Foreman. How can get a job as a trainee or any lower positioned job in a catastrophe.  I have applied to some companies most notable EA Renfore.  What would you guys recommend as companies to get my foot in the door as a trainee or even a adjuster?

Several IA adjusting firms and adjusting schools have training for new adjusters.  I would suggest reviewing some on those IA firms that offer IA training, Xactimate and/or software training.  AdjusterPro and TopAdjuster are just an example of some of the training available.
