I cannot change the RC Qualification for a Seasonal Home in Simsol, it will not let me change the status on the final.  Is anyone else having this problem?

    Tony,

Send us your email address and we will send you a 1-page Word doc explaining the proper way to handle non-RC structures on the flood forms.

I believe this is what is referred to as "CUSTOMER SERVICE".

Yeah Larry, Customer relations is what John and his group excel at, plus a number one product. Too bad ther rest of the estimatic vendors don't provide that same service. Lets face it, MS/B Integraclaim and Exactware are very lacking in customer relations. Simsol and PowerClaim seem to be the top two. Thats a sad scenario.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

    I don't think it's sad at all.

I'm glad I know of two that have my interests and yours at heart.

Could we have a group hug??
