Years ago I had a template in Excel into which I could place pictures and label them.  It had a header for each page with a place for Insured's name, claim #, policy number & DOL, and (I think) a place for the adjuster's name; it was set up the size of a letter page (landscape) & would allow four pictures per page.  It's been rather slow this summer and I am no longer leasing an estimating program, so don't have SimSol or IntegriClaim to fall back on.  I have just been assigned a commercial liability claim which doesn't require an estimate, just a lot of reports, and I don't want to lease a month's worth of program to import pictures for one claim.

Does anyone have a an Excel template like this or any other base page that can be used as a template that they would be willling to share?  I'd really appreciate it.  As an alternative, I may send photos to insurer on a CD, but really want to give them a printable version.

Thanks in advance for any responses . . .

Years ago I made a picture format in Microsoft publisher. Veru easy to do.If I still had it I would send it to you. It had three photos per page with commentary and an insured header and claims info at the top. Shouldn't take you over 30 minutes to make.

Go to www.claimspages.com and check the documents page. I am pretty sure they shoud have some type of photo sheet that you can use.

During the 11 years CADO has been on-line a lot of visitors have shared documents with us and we have created some also including Photo pages.  The problem has been that they have been connected to some of the posts made in forums and Bulletin Board and are now scattered through-out the archives. Well, we are currently working to bring all of these documents together in one area, this will be the Download page.

We are also working to expand our Roof Diagram (CADOgrams ready made roof diagrams.) section which we started many years ago.  This is page that allows you to select a roof diagram and then enter your measurements on-line and it will then calculate the number squares and provides you with a printed diagram.  This was limited to a few diagrams and you could not adjust the diagrams, we will expand it by offering a Template Exchange, for example we will provide Xactimate sketch templates of roof and interior diagrams that you can download and import into your Xactimate for use in any of your estimates and reuse them as needed. You can also use the templates as tool to learn how to use sketch. The good thing about templates is that they adjusted once they have added your software.  Templates for other software will also be provided.

I have attached an example of a CADOgram below, which is also a Interactive PDF form that you can edit and add your own information.

Thanks for the replies. Could not find anything on ClaimsPages.com yet & do not have MS Publisher, but will probably just set up a Word document template to use for them. Shouldn't be too difficult...

    Dan,

I forgot to include the photo sheets in my prior posts. One is an Excel sheet that you can easily edit to fit your needs. The last one is setup for multiple photos, currently 10.
