Well folks TS Josephine could prove to be another newsmaker. Any predictions. Yes I know it's early.

I'll be brave and make a prediction. Josephine is likely to get sucked into Ike's tail and encounter cooler churned up waters, causing it to fizzle over the Atlantic. If it hits the U.S. I will predict it as a rainmaker on the Mid Atlantic Coast similar to Hurricane Floyd in 1999.
