The completed Registration form along with the pre-registration fee of $25.00 must be received BEFORE April 15, 2008. Any registrations received ON OR AFTER April 15, 2008 need to include a $50.00 registration fee.
These workshops are handled on a first come basis. The workshops fill up fast; if you want to attend please get your completed registration forms in quickly.
