Status: offline 		I worked for several vendors over the last decade of cat's. Some require xactimate, some let you use your choice of software. I excepted some work last season where xactimate was required. It takes 2 - 4 times longer to complete a file in Xactimate over Simsol. I am in Xactimate training to try and speed up, I find xactimate is missing so many options it will bever be as efficent as Simsol.

Xactimate
1) No contents ???
2) No place to set up template reports with merge fields???
3) No seperation of Building and APS estimates???
4) Slow and combersome database
5) Unstable, crashes often requiring reboot of computer

The list goes on...
