Status: offline Our Government can't seem to make the hard decisions on any issue, let alone flood insurance. About 15% of my USAA premium goes to pay for the people that don't buy insurance in Florida. I can understand the reluctance for states that are not flood prone paying into a system that goes mainly for three states. Anybody know of any land for sale in Chattanooga?

Status: offline Russ, I saw Rock City too. Made it through Fat Man's Squeeze and crossed the swinging bridge. Would be a wonderful (and high and dry) place to live, but dang it, I didn't see any "For Sale" signs.
